Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Welcome to the Mapithea FAQ. Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our maps, ordering process, shipping, personalization, and returns.

Orders

How are Mapithea products made?

Every Mapithea product is made to order. Once you place an order, your map is professionally printed specifically for you using premium materials. This approach reduces waste and allows us to offer a wide range of designs, sizes, and finishes.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before production begins.

Because production starts shortly after your order is confirmed, we recommend contacting us immediately if you need to make any changes. Once production has started, cancellations or modifications are generally no longer possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive another email with tracking information (where available).
