This fee is separate from your map order and is paid independently after you approve the design.

Once your preview is ready, we will send you an email with:

• Your personalized map preview for approval.
• Payment instructions for the customization fee.
• The payment details for the designated account.

Production begins only after both your design approval and customization payment have been received.

Please include details such as:

Our design team will prepare your personalized artwork and send you a digital preview for approval before any order is placed.

Step 2 – Receive Your Preview

Within 24 business hours, you’ll receive a digital preview of your personalized map by email.

You can request changes if needed until you’re completely satisfied with the design.

Along with the preview, we’ll send you payment instructions.

Step 3 – Approve Your Design

Once you approve the preview and complete the customization payment, we’ll prepare the final print-ready artwork.

Your personalized file will then be uploaded to our production system.

Step 4 – Complete Your Order

After your personalized map is ready, we’ll send you a secure checkout link to complete your map purchase.

Once your payment is received, your order will be submitted for printing and shipped directly to your address.
